Clear expectations protect Jeri’s time and keep appointments running smoothly.
Late policy.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be charged a $10 late fee.
Depending on Jeri’s schedule and availability, late appointments may also need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
Please contact Jeri as soon as possible if you are running late.
Cancellations and no-shows.
Cancellation and no-show terms will follow the policies selected in Square Appointments.
Same-day squeeze-ins.
Same-day squeeze-ins are based on Jeri’s availability and are not guaranteed.
